Blackland outfitters is an independently owned and operated guide service in north east Texas about 10 miles south east of the red river in Fannin County. We primarily specialize in Waterfowl hunting but offer a variety of hunting services ranging from Dove, Hog, Turkey, Varmint, and Predator hunts. And available upon request and availability early and regular season Goose hunts, as well as Spring conservation Snow Goose hunts.
Blackland Outfitters has a vast range of properties covering several counties in North Texas, North East Texas, East Texas, South Texas and southern Oklahoma.They vary from sloughs, winter wheat fields, corn fields, flooded timber areas, creeks, large and small pools, and flooded bottom land. The areas we hunt in North Texas we hunt are located in the heart of the central flyway, so we generally catch large numbers of waterfowl during migration both ways.
For our hog hunting clients, we hunt with state of the art semi automatic weapons with hight resolution thermal optics. With over 50k acres of prime hog hunting habitat, we are situated between the area of the Red River to Lufkin Texas. Our large diversification of properties allows for low pressure hunts witch optimizes client success. All of our properties are rested for a minimum of one week in between hunts. Our properties are maintained year round with various waterfowl mixture ranging from Japanese, Brown Top millet’s, Proso, Buckwheat, and Grain Sorghum for migrating winter waterfowl.
Our ultimate goal is to allow hunters to come and enjoy not only the hunt but.
